Matt Wilson, President and CEO
Matt is a graduate of Kansas State University and is a registered Professional Engineer. He launched the Company in 1998 after working for Air Products, the Supercollider, and Hydra Rig. He holds seven patents and brings expertise in cryogenics, test equipment, and oilfield technology to the company. He enjoys music, history, and drag racing in addition to his passion for his family and community.
Cammie Wilson, Vice President
Cammie held careers in banking and e-commerce before joining the company in 2003. She leads the quality and personnel teams in the company. She enjoys painting, antiques, and music. She and her husband, Matt are active in the church and community and have three grown children.
Craig Olson, Design Leader
Craig leads the design team at Invena and joined the company in 2001 after owning an auto repair business and several other businesses. Entirely self-taught, he is a classic entrepeneur and inventor and a major creative force in the company. He enjoys fishing, camping, and Freemasonry.
Angela Torrey, Chief Financial Officer
Angela held a career with CPA firm Kennedy & Coe and the Eureka School District before joining the Company in 2011. She graduated Cum Laude from Emporia State University. She enjoys her pets and spending time with her children.
Willy Vinson, Manufacturing Leader
After 20 years in fabrication and automotive repair business, Willy joined the team in 2017 to lead the manufacturing group. He is a volunteer firefighter and enjoys hunting and sports.
Aaron Thatcher, Safety Leader
Before joining Invena in 2012, Aaron earned his Master's degree from Pittsburg State University and worked as a safety officer for an oilfield services company. He is a former professional bull rider and continues to enjoy rodeo and ranch life with his family. Aaron also leads the Inside Sales group.
Forrest Knox, Sales Leader
Forrest comes to Invena with a BSME from Kansas State University and MSME from The Technion-Israel Institute of Technology. He has an aerospace and agriculture background and joined Invena in 2017. He served for 12 years in the Kansas legislature and is very active in the community.
